Rates

Out of Network or Private Pay Rates:

Rates may vary by clinician based on licensure, skill level and service provided and are subject to change. A Good Faith estimate will be provided to you prior to services getting started.

Testing

The testing process involves an initial intake with parent(s), testing with patient, scoring and report writing and a feedback session with parent(s) to review report and offer recommendations. Testing packages range from $1500-$3000 and 50% is due upon the start of services.  The remaining balance is due on the date of service of the feedback session.

Insurance

Several of our clinicians can be utilized as in-network providers with BCBS, Unitedhealthcare and Cigna/Evernorth. You may also be able to utilize our providers under your out of network benefits for other carriers. We can provide you with a superbill, which can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment will be administered through the platform that we utilize. You will not be charged until after the session has taken place. The exception to that is a no show or if you cancel a session within less than 24 hours notice. Please see below cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and you may not be able to make a scheduled session. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, there is a $50 late cancellation or no-show fee.
